How do I connect my amplifier to a Streamplayer?
1. Look at your amplifier’s inputs.
2. Find the cable that is compatible with your amplifier’s input.
3. Use a converter to connect your Streamplayer to your amplifier.
What cable do I need?
There are many different inputs when it comes to audio equipment, and finding the right cable can be difficult. But most of them can be converted using a splitter. Here are some examples:
- 3.5mm AUX Input. A very common cable with one rounded cylinder connector. One is icluded in the Streamplayer box.
- RCA. Two inputs, red and white. You can use an RCA-to-AUX converter.
- XLR often also has two colors, red and white, or black and red. It is a large connector with three small holes on one end and three pins on the other. You can use an XLR-to-AUX converter.
- It looks like a square with a small hatch and, unlike the others, it is digital audio. Since the Streamplayer has an analog/digital output, you simply need a Mini-Toslink cable.
